In connection with the entry into force of the provisions on the protection of personal data, to ensure compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC, the contents of the Rules and Regulations of the Shop have changed and a Privacy Policy has been introduced. Further use of the Codefog Shop online shop requires its users to read the current contents of the Rules and Regulations and the Privacy Policy and to accept them. Acceptance of the new contents of the Rules and Regulations and the Privacy Policy is voluntary but necessary to continue the use of the services provided by the online shop. The Customer may refuse to accept the new contents of the Rules and Regulations and the Privacy Policy, however, Customer’s account will have to be deleted.
