What's the difference between regular and extended license?

The regular license allows you to use the product in one project. The extended license is more expensive but grants you permission to use the product in unlimited number of projects. Both licenses are valid for non-profit and commercial projects.

Can I use the product in commercial projects?

Yes, absolutely! Depending on the license type you are allowed to use the purchased products in one or unlimited number of free and commercial projects. However, you are not allowed to re-distribute the software in particular, by sale or other forms of rendering them available for free or for charge. If you are interested about the re-distribution (e.g. as a part of your Contao theme) feel free to contact us and ask about the special license.

How do I buy a product?

First, you need to have an active account and be logged in. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one on the Registration page. Next, add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process. Once the transaction is complete, you will be granted a product subscription which allows you to download the software. Your purchased products can be found on the page.

What are the available payment options?

The payments are handled by PayLane which offers different types of payment:
1. With credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club, Discover, JCB
2. With PayPal
3. With SOFORT Banking

Can I use the product after my subscription ends?

Yes! You are still allowed to use the product even after the subscription ends. However, you will not be able to download it again and thus you lose access to future updates.

Can I get a refund?

Although we do our best to keep the products error-free it may happen the software contains a bug. If you are not satisfied with the product you can ask for a refund. In order to do so, please contact us.

How to download the purchased products?

To download the purchased products simply go to the My products page and click the download button next to the desired product.

How to install and configure the purchased products?

The installation and configuration of each product is available on the Documentation page. You can also find a link to the manual on the product reader page in the right column just below the Product Details box.

How long lasts the subscription?

The active subscription lasts 365 days from the day it has been activated. After that period you can still use the product on a regular basis but you are no longer able to download the software.

How to renew a product subscription?

To renew a product subscription simply add it to the cart and complete the checkout process. Your available products will be displayed on the My products page.

How do I recover my password?

You can reset your password on the Lost password page. Fill in your details, submit the form and you will receive an e-mail with a link to reset the password.
