Managing a multilingual website? No worries, the photo albums will gently integrate into it. To enable the multilingual support you have to install the DC_Multilingual extension by terminal42. It is also available in the official Extension Repository.
Once installed, make sure you have updated your database. Now, to enter the data in foreign language simply go to the photo albums backend module and edit desired records.
At the top you should see a new bar that allows to switch the language. This is a similar solution to the one known from Isotope eCommerce. Note that while editing a language record, not all fields will be available (because not all of them are translatable) and you will be displayed a hint that you are editing a language-specific record.
